Subject of the Agreement
The subject of this contract is to determine the rights and obligations regarding the sale and delivery of the goods or services ordered by the Buyer electronically from the Seller’s addmarket.com website. The buyer accepts and declares within the scope of the contract that he accepts and declares the qualities of the product subject to sale, the sales price, payment and delivery conditions.
Delivery Method
The Buyer agrees that the product he purchased will be delivered online by the Seller. The security of product files is the responsibility of the Buyer.
Delivery Time
The buyer agrees that the product he purchased will be delivered within 48 hours at the latest after making the payment. Otherwise, the Buyer has the right to cancel the order and request a refund. Services in the WordPress services category are completed within 2 business days.
Product Terms of Use
The buyer agrees to use the purchased product at the specified domain addresses. The function files of the product are encrypted and the requirements must be provided by the server owned by the Buyer. Use in commercial activities is not made by the Buyer, commercial activities are carried out only by the Seller.
Installation Service
The Buyer can install the product he purchased himself or request installation service from the Seller. The installation service includes providing the basic requirements of the theme.
Technical Support Service
The seller provides free technical support in case of problems with the purchased product, if they are not caused by the user. Technical support is provided only for problems related to the purchased product and is responded to within a certain period of time. Requests are submitted through the support system on pluginmarket.com.
Product Return
It is not possible to return products received electronically.
Service Termination
If the Buyer shares purchased product files or account information with third parties, the Seller reserves the right to terminate the service.
Contract Changes
Our company may change the provisions of this “Sales Agreement” at any time by publishing it on the site. If the terms of the contract change, the changes will come into force on the date of publication.
